The ground floor can be accessed either by a private lift or a spiral staircase. This level is dedicated to wellness and leisure, featuring an indoor swimming pool with a private bathroom and shower, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Adjacent to the heated indoor pool with waterfall, guests will find a Teuco whirlpool and a fully equipped Technogym fitness area. For younger guests, a games room is also available, complete with a ping-pong table, table football, darts, and air hockey.
